Historical Chapel Preservation - Preserving Our Heritage

St. Land Temple Church of Deliverance under sunlight.

Metropolitan Archbishop

The St. Land Temple Society is a reflection of its Indigenous heritage, showcasing its commitment to historical preservation. The Eucharistic Chapel, erected on Indigenous land by Indigenous Ancestors in 1958, is maintained by a preservation trust under the authority of the Southeast Texas Central South Archdiocese Land Family Monastery Conservatory. Cardinal Archbishop Bobby and Auxiliary Bishop Esther Land serve as the first and second administrative conservators of this culturally significant site.
